Deep Trees didn’t grow overnight. Somewhere between an old keyboard, a shoebox full of lyrics, and a mild obsession with vintage reverb, the project took root in the daydreams of a misfit.

The sound? Think nostalgia dipped in neon. Lo-fi heartache with hi-fi polish, rapped in a synth-heavy hug. Deep Trees is the curated musical project of songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Summer Redko, shaped by early years spent working inside major-label recording studios and a body of music that found its way into film and television along the way. There’s a cosmic yearning in her work, and a refusal to ever call a track “done.”
